Eubelius acted as legal counsel to Belfius, bpost and Proximus for the incorporation of and the initial investment in the IT start-up Citie NV.
Citie NV has been incorporated with a view to the further development and commercialisation of the Citie app in collaboration with entrepreneur Jan Bussels. With this app, Citie NV intends to digitise the local economy by bringing merchants, their customers and local authorities closer together. The Citie app aims at replacing all customer cards and combines functions that both the customer and the merchant need (e.g. an overview of opening hours or free parking places).
