Eubelius has assisted Care Property Invest in connection with a capital increase of EUR 33.6 million following the contribution in kind of two residential care centres with assisted living apartments, located in Mons and Bernissart. Following this contribution, Care Property Invest issued 1,250,376 new shares on 15 January 2020.
