Eubelius has assisted Care Property Invest (CPI) in connection with a successful capital increase of EUR 42 million following the contribution in kind of a residential care centre with assisted living apartments in Attert (Belgium). In connection with this transaction, 1,696,114 new shares were issued on 20 January 2021. More information is available in the press release of CPI.
