Eubelius assists the shareholders with the sale of the Nucleus Group to Combell NV

On 8 January 2019, the shareholders of the Nucleus Group reached agreement with Combell NV for the sale of the Nucleus Group. Nucleus is a privately held Belgian group based in Antwerp that specialises in hosting solutions and related services for SMEs. 
 
Eubelius acted as legal counsel to the shareholders of the Nucleus Group. The team members involved in this transaction were Filip Jenné and Jan Loosen.
