Eubelius has assisted Vision Healthcare, an investment vehicle active in a wide range of branded consumer goods sectors, with its acquisition of Mylène.
Mylène is a key player on the Belgian market in home parties focusing particularly on care products and cosmetics. As part of the transaction, Mylène’s former majority shareholder Creafund has invested part of the sales proceeds in Vision Healthcare.
