Eubelius has assisted Warehouses De Pauw NV (WDP), a public regulated real estate investment company (BE-REIT), with the private placement of EUR 500 million green notes through a US private placement to 8 international investors.
WDP is a listed pan-European player specialising in logistics and semi-industrial property. The net proceeds from these bonds will be used exclusively to finance or refinance eligible green assets under WDP’s Green Finance Framework.
The team members involved in the transaction were Thomas Donnez, Sabe De Graef and Nikolai De Clercq on the debt capital markets side and Wouter Claes and Chiara Marine on the tax side.
