David Szafran is joining the corporate team at Eubelius in Brussels.
David specialises in advising clients on corporate governance and corporate law, legal compliance and risk management. He has considerable expertise and experience in the regulated sectors, including the financial sector.
David Szafran is a member of the Supervisory Board of the FSMA and assessor vice president of the Competition College of the Belgian Competition Authority. David also teaches at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and publishes widely in the fields of financial law, auditing, competition law, accounting, corporate law and corporate governance.
He will join Eubelius as counsel in our corporate team on 1 October.
