Sofinnova invested 3.2 million euro in Agrosavfe

Sofinnova invested EUR 3.2 million in Agrosavfe, a Belgian agro-biotech company located in Ghent. Agrosavfe was established in 2013 as a spin-off from VIB (Flemish Institute for Biotechnology) and develops camelid binding domains, or Agrobodies®, for diverse applications in agriculture. Sofinnova joins other investors including Gimv, VIB, PMV and Rudi Mariën.

Eubelius assisted Sofinnova in respect of its investment in Agrosavfe. The Eubelius team for this transaction was led by Matthias Wauters and Robin Van Gysel.
